Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln<\/li>\n<li>3 EL \u00d6l<\/li>\n<li>1 EL Speisest\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; 2 EL Zitronensaft<\/li>\n<li>5 &#8211; 6 EL Sojasauce<\/li>\n<li>30 g Kokosflocken<\/li>\n<li>250 g Glasnudeln<\/li>\n<li>Salz<\/li>\n<li>viel Pfeffer<\/li>\n<li>Sambal Oelek<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ananas und Bambussprossen in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 l vom Ananassaft auffangen.<\/li>\n<li>Das Fleisch waschen und in Streifen schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Die Bambussprossen in Streifen, die Ananas in St\u00fccke schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln\u00a0putzen, waschen\u00a0und schr\u00e4g in Ringe schneiden.<\/li>\n<li>Das Fleisch bei starker Hitze in hei\u00dfem \u00d6l scharf anbraten.<\/li>\n<li>Ananas und Bambus hinzuf\u00fcgen, kurz and\u00fcnsten und mit Ananassaft abl\u00f6schen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Speisest\u00e4rke mit Zitronensaft und Sojasauce verr\u00fchren, in die Pfanne gie\u00dfen und aufkochen lassen.<\/li>\n<li>Die Kokosflocken in einer zweiten Pfanne ohne Fett goldbraun r\u00f6sten.<\/li>\n<li>Die Nudeln zerschneiden und mit kochendem Wasser \u00fcbergie\u00dfen.<\/li>\n<li>Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln in die Pfanne geben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Sambal Oelek w\u00fcrzen und mit Kokosflocken bestreuen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zutaten f\u00fcr 4 Personen: 1 Dose Ananas (400 g) 1 Dose Bambussprossen (300 g) 500 g Rumpsteak 1 Bd.
